As construction is completed on the new 24-story BMO Tower in downtown Milwaukee, developer Irgens is finalizing plans for the overhaul of the adjacent 52-year-old former BMO Harris office building that would include offices, retail spaces, a food hall, first floor upscale restaurant and an urban pocket park on North Broadway.
